Acuity Care Group has rebranded as acuity care, a move aimed at reinforcing its position as the UK’s leading provider of specialist and highly-complex, solution-based care.

By consolidating its four specialist companies – Bespoke Health & Social Care, Team Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and Spinal Injury Support – into one unified entity, acuity care integrates its expertise, people, and values to deliver structured, more-solution-based care led by individual needs rather than diagnostic categories.

Central to this integrated care model is the establishment of specialist support teams, designed to address thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviours associated with complex needs at all levels.

These teams operate without reliance on diagnostic definitions, allowing acuity care to deliver practical, needs-led support which aligns with the requirements of NHS partners, commissioners, and case managers focused on measurable outcomes and flexible care delivery.

This approach is further strengthened by acuity care’s expanding provision into property solutions, complementing its established delivery of health and social care services.

Over the past 12 months, the organisation has developed a flexible property offering that supports a range of short- and long-term solutions, including single and multi-person supported living services.

Together, these capabilities ensure the business is already delivering fully-integrated, solution-focused support across health, social care, and housing.

Operating under one brand removes barriers, streamlines decision-making and presents a clear, confident identity to commissioners, partners and employees.

Caleb Atkins, chief executive of acuity care, said: “The care industry is changing rapidly.

“Needs are becoming more complex, expectations around quality and consistency are rising, and commissioners are under increasing pressure to deliver value.

“This rebrand ensures acuity care is fit for the future – more unified, more engaged, and fully focused on what matters most: the people we support.

“Operating as one brand allows us to share standards, expertise, and values across the entire organisation.

“This organisational realignment is also enabling us to secure funding to invest in more-tailored, solution-focused approaches for new areas of complex care, while maintaining consistency across our services.”

Rachael Robertson, managing director, added: “Operating as one unified organisation gives our workforce clearer communication, shared standards and a consistent way of working.

“As part of the realignment, we have also launched Acuity Academy, a dedicated programme designed to support our people to grow, develop, and deliver outstanding care with confidence.

“Through high-quality training and ongoing support, the academy helps our teams build the skills, knowledge, and values they need to thrive in their roles and progress their careers in health and social care from frontline carers through to operational leaders.”

To support the launch, the organisation has undergone a full rebrand and introduced a new website, ensuring its updated messaging, values and vision are clearly reflected across all branding and marketing communications.
