Swanborough House

Swanborough House care facility in Brighton, East Sussex, has been sold to Integrum Care Group, which already operates specialist care services in East Sussex and Kent.

Swanborough House is a residential care service which provides rehabilitation or continuing care for adults following an acquired brain injury.

The business occupies a purpose-built property that is registered for 41 service users.

Following a confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, it has been sold on behalf of Renovo Care Group to Integrum Care Group.

Colin Richards, group chief financial officer and chief operations officer at Renovo Care Group, said: “Following the considerable investment we have made in Swanborough House, it was important to find a buyer with good experience in the specialist care sector who will continue the successful operation of the business, and I am delighted that Integrum Care Group fits very well with this.”

Adrian Pancott, chief financial officer at Integrum Care Group, added: “We are excited to be expanding further with the acquisition of Swanborough House because it is such an established and well-respected specialist care business which blends in very well with our existing care home group in East Sussex and Kent.”

Swanborough House was sold for an undisclosed price.
