Kinly Care has announced the acquisition of Alpha Health Care Group and Absolute Care Homes, significantly expanding its portfolio of specialist complex care services across the UK.

The acquisitions mark an important milestone in Kinly Care’s continued growth and further strengthen its position as one of the UK’s leading providers of complex dementia, neurological, and nursing care, supporting a broader strategy focused on meeting the needs of some of the most-vulnerable elderly people in society.
