Chiron Healthcare at Home sold to Octo Healthcare

Chiron Healthcare at Home, a well-established domiciliary care provider operating across the East and West Midlands, has been acquired by Octo Healthcare in a deal brokered by Redwoods Dowling Kerr (RDK).

Founded in June 2020, Chiron Healthcare at Home delivers personal and specialist care to clients in their homes.

The business operates from its headquarters in Northampton, with a second branch serving a wider regional area.

And its client base includes elderly individuals, younger adults with disabilities, and those requiring rehabilitation or palliative support.

Services are tailored to the individual, with a strong emphasis on dignity, independence, and continuity of care.

Chiron Healthcare at Home has built a strong reputation through word-of-mouth referrals, local partnerships, and a commitment to high-quality standards, providing approximately 1,000 care hours per week and generating a healthy and sustainable income.

The sale was negotiated by Stephanie Quinn, senior sales negotiator at RDK, who identified the ideal buyer to continue the business’s mission and ensure a smooth transition for clients and staff.
