Home Care Assist sold to Clonard Care

Redwoods Dowling Kerr has announced the sale of Home Care Assist, a domiciliary care agency based in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, to Clonard Care.

Established in 2017, Home Care Assist delivers personal and domestic services to adults in their own homes, supporting independence, dignity, and continuity of care.

The agency is rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission and benefits from long-standing relationships with Stoke Council and Stafford Council, as well as private clients and NHS providers across the region.

The business provides approximately 750 hours of care each week to around 76 service users, with services including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, mental health and dementia support, and end-of-life care.

Home Care Assist was sold close for the asking price to Clonard Care, an experienced operator within the domiciliary care sector.

The business was offered for sale due to the client’s wish to pursue other business commitments.

The transaction was facilitated by Ollie Edwards, corporate deal executive at Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
