Future actions include reducing commuting emissions, upgrading insulation in leased locations, and replacing fleet vehicles with hybrid and electric models.
Gary Fee, chief executive of CCH Group, said: “As a leading care provider, we have a responsibility to lead by example.
“Our commitment to net zero is about more than compliance. It is about ensuring that the care we deliver today does not come at the expense of tomorrow.
“The progress we have made so far shows what is possible when sustainability is embedded into how we work every day.”
The group employs 15,000 people delivering over 1.5 million hours of care a month.
Fee said: “We believe sustainability goes hand in hand with our ‘people first’ values.
“By reducing our carbon footprint, we aim to build a stronger, more-resilient organisation that benefits both communities and the environment.”
