Supportive technology provider supports home care drive

Care Safe, a tech-enabled provider transforming home-based healthcare across the UK, has been awarded a place on Essex County Council’s new Live at Home Framework for the provision of domiciliary care services across the county.
The six-year framework supports adults aged 18 and over to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Care Safe has been appointed as a Tier 2 provider for multiple Essex districts following a rigorous procurement process assessing both quality and value.

Since April 2023, Care Safe has been operating in Southend-on-Sea, where it established its first regional operations and began delivering essential doorstep healthcare services to local residents.
Today, the company provides round-the-clock support across London, Essex, Telford, and Port Talbot, offering services including non-emergency patient transport, personal care, blood tests, remote health monitoring,, and fall-prevention technology.
Its appointment to the framework further strengthens its position as a trusted and innovative provider, combining technology with human compassion to enhance the quality, safety, and accessibility of care across Essex and beyond.
Jeff Cole, an Essex resident and a double amputee, who regularly uses Care Safe’s transport service, said: “The service has truly opened up my world, allowing me to leave the house confidently and regain my independence.
“The drivers are always professional, and every journey from A to B feels effortless.
