Olive Stone Support, an established provider offering supported living for up to seven clients in Langley Park, Durham, has been sold to Smartway Health and Social Care in a deal brokered by Redwoods Dowling Kerr (RDK).
The business, which operates from two terraced properties, provides care and support to clients with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Since November 2008, Olive Stone Support has created a relaxed, homely, and safe environment for its residents, many of whom have been with the service for several years.
The properties are conveniently located within a residential area close to local amenities and public transport links and have been carefully updated, offering spacious, versatile accommodation over two floors, including seven double bedrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, residents’ lounges, and office space.
There is also off-road parking and enclosed rear gardens.
Olive Stone Support currently supports seven residents with two local authority contracts in place and maintains full occupancy.
