Christie & Co has been instructed to sell the former Victoria House care home property in Paignton, Devon.

The property, on the market for £425,000 comprises a four-storey 10-bedroom detached period building which has been sympathetically extended and modified over the years.

It sits in Courtland Road, just off Torbay Road, with views over Victoria Park.

It was previously registered with CQC to provide accommodation and personal care for adults under 65 years of age with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. However, this registration ceased in March 2022.
