A&L Enablement Service, a well-established domiciliary care agency based in Coventry, has been acquired by Choplin Ventures in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

The business, which was established 12 years ago, has a ‘Good’ CQC rating and provides approximately 300 hours of care per week to 56 service users.

The business only has private clients and has grown to today’s level due to the high standard of services provided.

It offers a wide range of both long and short-term personal and domestic care for adults and the elderly, including personal and medical care, management of medication, meal preparation, mental health support, dementia care, support for physical and learning difficulties, end-of-life care, and companionship.

The sale was brokered by Bradley Wilson, sales negotiator for healthcare at Redwoods Dowling Kerr, who identified the ideal buyer in Choplin Ventures, a company with an extensive history in the sector, having been founded in 2015.

Wilson said: “It has been a pleasure to guide our client through the sale of this highly-respected domiciliary care agency.

“The business’s reputation, strong standing in the local community, and exceptional level of care provided made it an outstanding opportunity for the buyer and I am delighted to see it pass into such capable hands.”
